Cookery tour – (SGT)

Vietnamese culinary art has been widely acknowledged as a superb cuisine. To Orientals, it is a fabulous balance between Ying and Yang featured in its harmonious formula of green vegetable and fresh meat seasoned with mild spices.

On this tour you will have a chance to learn this reputable cookery at the professional cookery center. Learning and practicing simultaneously, you will be sampling some typical specialties of Vietnamese wet-rice gastronomy such as spring rolls, sugar cane shrimp pastes, and fresh fish sour soups… After the tour, a certificate of cookery attendance will be handed to each participant.

Great budget place in area of expensive hotels
Really liked the location of a relatively quiet street, close to major sites, restaurants, etc. Really liked the atmosphere of the place and helpfulness of the staff. The first room I stayed in had a balcony, overlooking roof tops. The second did not, but had a bath tub. Can faintly hear Notre Dame's bell early in the morning. Nice breakfast. Tried to arrange air port pick up via email but didn't get response in time before I left home.
