Cookery tour – (SGT)

Vietnamese culinary art has been widely acknowledged as a superb cuisine. To Orientals, it is a fabulous balance between Ying and Yang featured in its harmonious formula of green vegetable and fresh meat seasoned with mild spices.

On this tour you will have a chance to learn this reputable cookery at the professional cookery center. Learning and practicing simultaneously, you will be sampling some typical specialties of Vietnamese wet-rice gastronomy such as spring rolls, sugar cane shrimp pastes, and fresh fish sour soups… After the tour, a certificate of cookery attendance will be handed to each participant.

Great location in District One - close to lots of bars and restaurants.
The room at the side had a view but was quiet and very comfortable and clean. The breakfasts were lovely; there was a menu to choose from and a waiter bought it to your table. The restaurant and decor downstairs was very nice; a little quaint and artistically designed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is situated in District one and we walked everywhere, it is close to lots of good restaurants, bars and museums. Good value for money. Stayed April 2013, traveled as a couple.
