On this tour you will have a chance to learn this reputable cookery at the professional cookery center. Learning and practicing simultaneously, you will be sampling some typical specialties of Vietnamese wet-rice gastronomy such as spring rolls, sugar cane shrimp pastes, and fresh fish sour soups… After the tour, a certificate of cookery attendance will be handed to each participant.

A great place to stay
This is not a large hotel, but it is a very nice place. Staff is helpful and friendly. Most have some English. Rooms are a good size and the cleaning staff does a good job. A nice breakfast comes with the meal and I really appreciate the fresh fruit which they serve with the breakfast. Hotel is in a good location for exploring the city. Taxis are readily available and many types of restaurants are within an easy walking distance. A good strong WiFi in the rooms and common areas.
