On this tour you will have a chance to learn this reputable cookery at the professional cookery center. Learning and practicing simultaneously, you will be sampling some typical specialties of Vietnamese wet-rice gastronomy such as spring rolls, sugar cane shrimp pastes, and fresh fish sour soups… After the tour, a certificate of cookery attendance will be handed to each participant.

Another perfect stay at the Spring hotel
We stayed again at the Spring Hotel in September 2015 for approx. 3 weeks, still great location in District 1. Our stay was for my husband to play Golf with three other golf mates, and me shopping and site seeing. All was going really well until my husband collapsed, emergency to ER, and admission into ICU FV Hospital. The Hotel, and all the staff where exceptional (Reception, Door men, Cleaning staff, all......). The hotel is well situated in District 1, the room was, as always clean and roomy (on 4thFloor). We will definitely stay again when in HCMC.
