On this tour you will have a chance to learn this reputable cookery at the professional cookery center. Learning and practicing simultaneously, you will be sampling some typical specialties of Vietnamese wet-rice gastronomy such as spring rolls, sugar cane shrimp pastes, and fresh fish sour soups… After the tour, a certificate of cookery attendance will be handed to each participant.

Value Hotel in the midst of expensive 5 star Chain
I stayed in the Spring Hotel prior to a business conference which was being held at the Intercontinental (100mtrs away). The room included a king sixe bed and neat and clean ensuite - all very good. The staff were attentive and friendly. Breakfast was Al La Carte and cooked to order - all good. They could have gone the extra yard and made fresh made juices, which would have enhanced the experience. The location of the hotel is close to many of the city's attractions. I would not hesitate to stay in this hotel for either business or pleasure. Stayed September 2015, traveled solo
