Check-in time is at 2pm and Check-out time is at 12 noon. If you arrive early, or need to depart late, our Bell staff will be able to store your luggage. Earl arrivals and late departures can be request but cannot be guaranteed (fees may apply) see reception desk for assistance.
Guarantee, Cancellation, or Change of Reservation:
We 100% guarantee your booking through our website will be made. Prepayment or booking fees are not required. All cancellations or changes of reservation must be informed us soon as possible.
Early Departure Policy:
Guests who check out of the hotel prior to their shceduled departure date could be subject to an early departure fee of one night.
An extra person charge will apply if there are more than 2 adults in a guest room.
Infant 0 -1 year(s): Stay for free if using existing bedding. Note, if you need a cot, please inform us to provide (free of charge).
Safes/Lost and Found/Personal Property:
In-room safes are provided in every guest room and are to be used to store any items of value. However, the hotel is not liable for the theft, loss, damage or destruction of the property in the absence of gross negligence on the part of the Hotel or its employees.
The hotel will make every effort to retrieve and hold any items accidentally left behind for up to 30 days. After that period has passed, and the item remains unclainmed, it is disposed of. For the safety of our staff and guests, no occupied rooms will be serviced while guests are present. We provide housekeeping services at any time that is convenient up to 4pm. Please alert the front desk.
